Employment Type: Full-time (4 Month Contract) Location: Belfast Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 Comprehensive Benefits & Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of information and research tools across practice groups and regions. Lead procurement, renewal, and cancellation of subscriptions and resources. Drive usage analysis to evaluate return on investment and inform decisions. Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and supplier performance. Promote effective and compliant use of tools, especially those with AI capabilities. Deliver targeted training and engagement to support user adoption. Act as a key contact for product access, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support. Collaborate closely with Knowledge, Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and service delivery. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in information procurement or product management in a professional services or law firm environment. Strong track record of vendor management and contract negotiation at a regional or global level. Deep knowledge of legal and business research tools and platforms, including AI tools. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a large, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Confident presenting and training users on tools and platforms. Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
