Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in housing refurbishments? Do you want to work for a business that truly cares for its employees? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an Industry-leading housing developer, who are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing multiple bathroom and kitchen refurbishment projects within the West Midlands and will be reporting into our Contracts Manager. What are we looking for? * Experience as a Project Manager, and MUST have experience in Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishments. * A valid SMSTS qualification * Clean valid Driving Licence * Strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively Key Responsibilities: * Leading site teams and subcontractors across multiple live sites. * Managing programme delivery and ensuring works meet compliance & quality standards. * Liaising with housing associations and local authorities. * Budget monitoring and progress reporting.
