Regional Financial Manager

Other Duties Include: Full ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and submissions to group Cash flow, working capital, VAT, tax and payroll compliance management Preparation of annual financial statements and year-end audit support Oversight of debtors, creditors, reconciliations and internal controls Development and leadership of the finance team and process improvements Education: BCom Accounting Degree Completed articles is advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 5 years experience in a full finance function role Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments Ability to lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on Comfortable working under pressure and navigating frequent change APPLY NOW!
