There is now an opportunity for a strategic and proven Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') to spearhead financial leadership across the region and drive growth initiatives. Responsibilities Reporting to the Group CFO and Regional Managing Director, the CFO will drive all financial matters for the region and be the strategic partner to the Managing Director and business unit leads. A significant part of business controllership is to regularly assess the performance and health of operating entities. The CFO will be crucial in the investment assessment cycle, driving financial due diligence process and working with the investments team to bring the plan to fruition. As part of a broader responsibility, the CFO will be the go-to for corporate finance, treasury, and tax matters specific to the markets. He/ She will also be leading, mentoring and developing the finance teams, promoting talent and succession planning. Requirements The successful candidate must be a degree holder in a finance or business discipline, a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum of 15 years experience in finance leadership capacities in Asia. Experience in supporting investments within energy infrastructure will be highly desirable. As a finance leader, you will be best described as an effective leader, business partner, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
