Laboratory Supervisor

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Materials Laboratory Lead to join a team focused on materials innovation and applied industrial research. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in materials science , particularly those with experience in polymer behavior, rheology, and cross-functional technical support . This role is responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of materials analysis within a physical testing laboratory. The selected candidate will ensure the proper validation of raw materials and formulations, while also leading continuous improvement strategies that strengthen result consistency and decision-making support across local and regional teams. Key Responsibilities and Competencies • Broad understanding of materials science principles and laboratory methodologies • Interpretation and communication of experimental data for technical applications • Participation in collaborative research and product development projects • Critical review of technical results and documentation • Application of knowledge in polymer systems, material modeling, chemistry, and physics • Statistical and data analysis using Minitab, Python, JM Soft Skills • Clear and assertive communication • Technical leadership and coordination • Customer and quality-driven mindset • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving • Agility in fast-changing environments • Scientific curiosity and learning attitude • Team-oriented and collaborative • Confident in technical discussions and reporting Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics • Master’s degree in Materials Science with specialization in Polymers/Rheology (preferred) • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in similar job If you meet the profile and are looking for a role with real impact and international collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
