At GD Mobile Security , the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for a Customer Project Manager. Your Responsibilities: Planning, steering and implementation of complex customer projects within the division Trusted Connected Devices Project scope is e.g. implementation of customer-specific eSIM and OTA solutions in our data centers as well as integration with 3rd parties Customers are e.g. large mobile network operators, automotive or tech companies Project team (Globally Distributed – Matrix organization) is typically coming from different regions, close cooperation and alignment within the team is essential High customer orientation, in particular with regard to time and critical requirements Frequent communication with internal and external customers Ensure high customer satisfaction, also with stakeholders and in the team Management of problems, escalations and risks Provide support for pre-sales activities Contribution to process, methods and tool improvements Your Qualifications: University degree in a technical, economic or natural science area Proven ability to lead complex IT projects with OEM/Tier1 telecommunications or automotive companies 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role SaaS, customer onboardings, test and integration, SIM card technology experience beneficial ITIL v3/v4 experience advantageous, certification is a plus Experience in project management methodology required, IPMA / PMI (PMP) / PRINCE 2 certification is highly desirable Flexible and open-minded High customer and market orientation Ability to work in a team and enjoying the joint project work Intercultural competence and fluent in English in addition to Portuguese.
