The company is part of Intracon Spain , along with Intracon Marketing Solutions : a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (with Fluent English) to work as an employee at Intracon Consulting, and provide services to one of our main clients: the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard) . The HP 3D printing group aim is to digitalize how people design and manufacture. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in Marketing, Business or industrial engineering to join our team and be part of a dynamic group with the ambitious objective of creating a WW Network of 3D printing manufacturers. Ideal candidate must have solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. We are IN, are you IN? About the role : You will work in project management, from conception to delivery, of the HP Digital Manufacturing Network and making sure that the network anticipates and exceeds our customer´s expectations. In this context, you’ll join a dynamic and creative team coming from different countries and backgrounds. Dedication: Full-time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès Work model: Hybrid Project's length: At least 12 months of service, extendable Main responsibilities : Be part of the group defining the WW Program providing opinion and input. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Manage the whole cycle of customers Onboarding process, to the service within HP's tools and systems and assist customers with questions and education about the service. Manage the Network, making sure to generate attractive and interactive content for our customers. Manage our Newsletter with the aim of keeping our clients updated about the news regards trainings, upcoming events, etc. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information as well as insight from processes, and share with the team. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Collaborate with other team players, such as sales department, and on some occasions, reach out to customers, answer questions, and trouble-shoot issues they may have with the trainings and platforms. Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the customers. Background & Skills : Academic Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or in a Technical field 3 years in Project Management is preferred. Mandatory fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Great organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong reporting skills, with advanced level of Excel and ideally experience with Smartsheet - google drive.
