People & Culture Lead We are currently looking for a People & Culture Lead to join their team in Sant Vicenç de Castellet (Barcelona area). Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, and being part of the People & Culture Department, you will play a key role in delivering core HR processes and supporting the implementation of people’s initiatives locally. This position combines hands-on HR operations with strategic support. You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, and internal communication—while acting as a cultural ambassador and changing agent within the organization. Your work will directly contribute to employee engagement, well-being, and overall business performance. Key responsibilities include: Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR processes and supporting managers and employees. Lead end-to-end recruitment aligned with corporate policies and ensure smooth onboarding. Promote training initiatives and continuous employee development. Advise managers on HR policies and resolve labor-related issues, escalating when needed. Maintain accurate HR data, analyze reports, and support data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, report non-compliance. Handle employee relations and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Implement internal communications aligned with management and company values. Engage with stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs. Support rollout and local adaptation of HR policies and provide feedback. Collaborate on workforce planning to anticipate and meet staffing needs. We require a candidate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an international or industrial environment. The candidate must have a strong understanding of local labor laws, HR operations, and compliance, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and data management. Fluency in English (professional working proficiency) is required. The role involves working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple responsibilities, and occasional travel.
