Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine - $90 per hour

Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Physician Assistant Occupational Medicine for a locum tenens job in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Medicine Discipline: Physician Assistant Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Locum Tenens part time and full time available DOT physicals and Worker's comp cases Requirements: Minimum of (2) years of clinical experience working as a Physician Assistant preferably in Occupational Medicine Working knowledge of Occupational Health regulations and standards, including but not limited to applicable OSHA standards. Working knowledge of Workers Compensation statutes and workplace implementation. Recent clinical experience in the practice of direct patient care Experience in the review, analysis and interpretation of diagnostic testing including, but not limited to laboratory work, electrocardiogram, pulmonary function testing, audiometry, vision testing Responsibilities Conduct medical assessments and exams to evaluate employees' fitness for duty Treat and manage work-related injuries and illnesses Coordinate follow-up care, including physical therapy or specialist referrals Collaboration with employers to enhance the recovery of injured workers?
