Design Manager

You will be based on a Major Industrial Project, on the outskirts of Birmingham. If you are based within the Midlands, with Main Contractor experience, looking to join a business with strong pipeline of work You understand what's important, you see the big picture in relation to the design & technical aspects leading through the construction life cycle of a project. You will be sat on a newly awarded £50 Million Industrial project. There is another 2 phases which will be awarded / negotiated at a later date. Can you think outside the box on how to work with the supply chain and client to help bring successful projects in for a WIN WIN for everyone. Do you match the following criteria * Main or Sub Contractor experience in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity * Design & Build Project Experience * IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on * Are you a strong communicator and can handle a team or a client when needed * Construction Background relevant to the role be that Degree on HNC * You will have the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs
