Site Agent - Outside IR35 - Site Manager Civil - Outside IR35 Sub Contractor Running the civils package on a rail station job - Large car park job - PTS NOT NEEDED My Client is a contracting company who undertake Civil Engineering Projects The company is currently growing year on year and has recently taken on multiple Civils Infrastructure projects including a carpark job in Darlaston nr Walsall Due to new projects my Client are now looking for a new Site Manager/Agent to work in Darlaston The Role The Site Agent will have previous experience of Civils and structures The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site especially multiple various subcontractors in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives. The Site Agent will also be responsible for maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control on their particular delivery section. The Candidate Suitably Qualified by Experience SMSTS CSCS Card Engineering Background Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent) Must have previous Civils Infrastructure Project Experience
