To find the best people, in the smartest ways possible. ✍️ Craft compelling, inclusive job adverts that attract top talent Define and deliver sourcing strategies using a mix of channels (active, passive, direct) Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer expert guidance Use LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to uncover hidden talent Lead interviews and manage the candidate journey with confidence and care Share market insights and influence hiring strategies Support wider HR and talent projects that make a real impact What We're Looking For You're a recruitment pro who knows how to find the unfindable. You're confident, collaborative, and ready to make a difference. · ✅ Proven experience in recruitment-agency, in-house, or RPO · ✅ Strong background in technical or engineering hiring · ✅ Skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent using creative methods · ✅ Confident communicator and trusted business partner · ✅ Knowledge of the labour market and how to navigate its challenges Why Guidant Global?
