Job Duties * Support the day-to-day running of the office as part of an administrative team * Check, manage and forward emails and orders * Support with HR functions such as inductions, contract and letter writing * Answer incoming calls * Manage stationery and consumables orders, and assist with filing and typing * Support with weekly and monthly payroll * Maintain up-to-date records for operations and audit compliance * Take minutes during meetings and produce typed reports What we are looking for: * Previous office administration experience in a busy environment * Experience with Sage and Microsoft applications is advantageous * Strong organisational and communication skills * Comfortable with taking meeting minutes and managing multiple administrative duties So, are you ready for your next job?
