Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management. Coordinate staff training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge. Oversee payroll processes and employee benefit schemes. Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.Profile A successful HR Manager should have: A strong background in human resources management within a not-for-profit or similar environment.
