1st Line Support Engineer

They are looking to expand their IT support function and are seeking a seasoned, confident, reliable and friendly IT Support Technician to join their infrastructure teams. Your new role You will play a key role as part of the technical infrastructure services team, working collaboratively to drive the business forward. You will be expected to achieve your day-to-day service desk KPIs, have a hands-on approach to incident/request resolution and be proactive in finding solutions. You will help support their current team with IT issues across a Windows 11/Office 365 environment.
