Electrical Supervisor

we are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Electrical supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work. Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards. Monitor project schedules, material usage, and labor productivity. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide solutions. Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and inspectors. Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, and materials used. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Must have a valid SSSTS Card (Required) Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
