Job Description

Key Role Provide general administrative support to departments and senior staff. Handle sales orders and process through the system in accordance with the company procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, managing the sales inbox and correspondence professionally and promptly. Maintain customer Training Records, sending annual reminders, supporting Spillcraft trainer in booking training with customers, booking acknowledgment, completion and delivery of training certificates Booking audits with customers Assist with placement of sales orders, refunds or exchanges Work with the sales team and On-Site Support to ensure a high level of customer service is being delivered and customer information is continually cross-referred within the team Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers to progress orders Waste organise collections and bookings Setting up new site set ups Sorting all paperwork/account application forms/rental agreement forms etc., order, sorting direct purchase order, sorting set up date with customer, labels, getting site maps, once all set up then create the audit report and set them up on the audit map and excel sheet sort dates for audits going forward (monthly, bi-monthly), get them set up on the calendar and audit excel sheet. Creating, designing and printing any bespoke labels for customers. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (physical and digital). Maintain auditing software App Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and running efficiently. Dealing with all enquiries as a matter of urgency to agreed timelines and processes.
