Description Development of new user-facing features using React.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Ensuring that all parts of the user interface are easy to test, and work perfectly Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends in the tech industry, particularly React.js Mentor junior developers Code reviews Design discussions Profile Must haves: React Next.js Experience building API's Worked on high volume websites Nice to haves: Tailwind CSS .NET Core / C# Azure Job Offer Annual bonus Matched pension up to 10% Buy and sell 5 days a year 31 days holiday BH's Maternity / Paternity & Adoption scheme Compassionate leave Volunteering options Flexible working 36 hours a week
