Job Opportunity: MEP Planner – Major Nuclear Project Location: Bridgwater / Hybrid Contract Length: 12 Months (with Permanent Options Available) Rate: £550–£600/day (Inside IR35) Join a respected, forward-thinking construction consultancy at the heart of one of the UK’s most high-profile nuclear projects. We're seeking an experienced MEP Planner to take the lead on programme development, drive scheduling performance, and play a pivotal role in project controls from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and manage complex project schedules using Primavera (P6). Track and report on project progress, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities. Present clear, insightful programme data to project teams and senior stakeholders. Apply change management best practices and support the evaluation of NEC3 compensation events. Develop and implement robust planning systems aligned with client requirements. ️ What You Bring: Expertise in Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject. Deep knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks. Strong grasp of critical path analysis and schedule risk techniques. Sharp data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into strategic action. Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to varied stakeholders. Experience working across MEP projects. Security Requirements: Must be eligible for SC or BPSS Clearance.
