Finance Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a business based just outside Cambridge. This is a great role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, leading a small finance team, and working closely with the wider business to provide clear financial insights and support decision-making. You'll be responsible for producing management accounts, managing cash flow, overseeing VAT, payroll and employee benefits, and preparing year-end statutory accounts. You'll also have the chance to build strong relationships with auditors, banks, and non-financial colleagues across the business. We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain financial information in a straightforward way.
