6-Month Contract Opportunity for a Main Contractor Are you an experienced ​Site Manager with a strong engineering background looking for an immediate start​? ​We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work with a tier 2 Main Contractor to manage and deliver Demolition/Enabling works for a new build project. ​Interviews will take place this week with a view to start asap. Key Duties & Responsibilities: ​​Oversee all on-site operations for the demolition and enabling works project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. ​Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance ​/ paperwork etc. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control. Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security. Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs. What we're looking for: ​​Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition and/or enabling works projects. ​​Engineering background is highly desirable. Ability to start ASAP. Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
