This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional with a background in aerospace manufacturing to contribute to high-profile, industry-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform first-off, final, and first article inspections of CNC milled prismatic components, CNC turned machined parts, and fully assembled products to aerospace standards Identify and rectify errors on workshop documentation (works order cards) Interpret and work from 2D technical drawings and model definitions Operate CMMs and various electronic and manual measuring instruments Ensure timely and effective root cause and corrective action processes Conduct quality reviews and participate in internal QMS audits Manage both internal and external calibration systems About You: Previous experience in a precision engineering or aerospace workshop environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality Confident with inspection techniques and process control procedures Skilled in reading technical drawings and using inspection tools Familiar with quality management systems and internal audits What's on Offer: Competitive salary: £30,784 - £33,670 A collaborative and quality-driven working environment Opportunities for further development and progression The chance to work on critical aerospace components
