Product Owner Location: Swindon (4 days per week onsite) Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) Up to 10% bonus Are you a technically-minded engineer with a can-do attitude, looking to make the move into product ownership? About the role: As a Product Owner, you'll play a central role in the development of new products and features, working within our agile teams to shape priorities and steer delivery with market needs in mind. Key responsibilities: Owning and managing the product backlog, balancing commercial, market and customer needs Defining product and feature requirements through: Market research and competitor analysis Voice of the Customer (VOC) input and user feedback Acting as the expert and central hub for product-related information Supporting the business with product knowledge and anticipating technical or market challenges Liaising with Account Managers to ensure consistent customer communication As your experience grows, you could also: Provide pre-sale technical advice and application support Help produce marketing materials and content Work with customers to resolve product-specific queries and issues What you'll bring: A degree or HND in electrical, electronic or software engineering—or equivalent industry experience Strong grasp of electrical power systems as a usage domain Experience working with or developing embedded electronics or software-based products A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise effectively Strong communication and influencing skills A desire to grow within a product-led environment Benefits package includes: Pension Life Assurance – 3x salary 12 Weeks Sickness Pay (after probation) Enhanced Maternity / Paternity Pay Discretionary Bonus Holiday Purchase Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Health Cash Plan - HSF Professional Membership Paid Eye Care Scheme Career Training & Development
