The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years' PQE to join its well-established team. This role is perfect for someone looking to step up into an Associate or Senior Associate position within a growing department led by approachable, supportive partners. You’ll act for a wide range of clients including private businesses, high-growth start-ups, property investors, developers, universities, charities and multinational PLCs. ️ Types of Work You’ll Handle: Commercial lease work – office, retail, and industrial Investment acquisitions and disposals Development work – residential and mixed-use Secured lending and finance transactions Advising landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers You’ll also collaborate across the firm with construction, litigation, residential property and tax teams for joined-up client service. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property (Associate or Senior Associate level) Confident in handling a varied caseload independently Experience working with a diverse commercial client base Strong team player with excellent client communication skills Ambition to grow your career and support junior team members Why Apply?
