OUR CLIENT A major global law firm THE ROLE We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor - Dispute Resolution to join a highly rated disputes practice known for handling exciting, complex, high-value and sensitive multi-jurisdictional disputes The London based Disputes team is core to the business and a major growth and investment area for this firm. As a member of the Corporate Disputes practice you will be managing a portfolio of international litigation and arbitration cases including; Complex contractual disputes M&A disputes Joint venture disputes, shareholder disputes and partnership disputes Civil fraud THE CANDIDATE You will have 5-8 PQE experience handling commercial litigation and international arbitration.
