Corporate Solicitor/Associate – Dundee Our client is a firm which advises a wide range of Scottish, UK and International clients and it is seeking an experience Corporate Lawyer (3 Years' PQE) to join its Corporate team in Dundee. In this position, you will experience a wide variety of high-quality transactions in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures. You will have: 3 Years' PQE in Transactional Corporate law An ability to display commercial awareness, motivated by understanding the business models of clients and how to contribute to their success An excellent attention to detail, combined with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach This National firm is ambitious, looking to consolidate its position as a leading practice in Scotland and enhancing and growing its Corporate arm is crucial to this goal.
