Compensation & Benefits Project Lead – Europe (Hybrid) c£400pd - 6month Contract Are you a C&B expert with a flair for project delivery? Our client is looking for a proactive professional to design and implement benefits programs and supporting tech for their new European office. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive vendor management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cross-regional HR initiatives. What you’ll do: Lead the setup of local benefits programs & systems Manage vendors end-to-end (selection to optimization) Own HR project delivery across Europe Automate processes & enhance Workday functionality Influence and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT & Leadership ✅ What you bring: Experience in Compensation & Benefits in a European or multinational context Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills Proven project leadership in complex, matrixed environments HR systems knowledge (Workday, Darwin, MarketPay etc.) Make a difference at a mission-led company that values inclusion, innovation, and impact.
