They’re looking for an Associate Director – Building Surveying to lead complex commercial and residential instructions, mentor junior colleagues, and help deliver technical excellence across the region. ️ What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing contract administration across diverse development projects Leading due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for developers and investors Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors as the team expands Managing project monitoring of live developments throughout the region Advising landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters. What We’re Looking For MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor 5 years’ post-qualification experience Strong background in technical due diligence and development monitoring Confident leading instructions and maintaining client relationships.
