What you’ll be doing: Working on a range of product liability disputes across sectors including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consumer products, and manufacturing. Handling complex multi-party claims, often with international elements. Advising clients on risk, compliance, and regulatory aspects tied to product liability. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (PQE flexible). Experience in general litigation or product liability. Strong academic background.
