Commercial Property Solicitor

The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects. You will be working with a broad range of clients including developers, investors, and businesses, with support from an experienced and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions Providing clear, commercially-focused advice to clients Supporting senior team members on more complex matters Actively participating in business development and client relationship management About You: 2–5 years PQE in commercial property Strong technical knowledge with a proactive and client-focused approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Keen to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
