Senior Commercial Counsel (FTC)

A leading player in the industrial and manufacturing sector is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an initial 4-5 month FTC basis starting in July. Oxfordshire location, 2 days/week in the office with flexible working hours. Free onsite parking, breakfast provided. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial contracts and agreements for the the UK and international businesses. You will also support on broader legal matters such as corporate transactions and instructing external counsel. To be considered for this opportunity you will be 8 years PQE with experience gained in a similar capacity as a commercial lawyer.
