A leading international law firm is strategically growing its Banking & Finance practice in London and is seeking talented junior to mid-level associates to join its dynamic and expanding team. Over the past five years, the London Banking team has experienced significant growth, quadrupling in size, and continues to expand across all levels. The team offers deep expertise across a broad spectrum of finance areas, including: Leveraged Finance Infrastructure Finance Private Credit (with a focus on Structured Finance and ABL) Project Finance Financial Restructuring Asset Finance The practice advises both lenders and borrowers, with a recent shift toward lender-side mandates. While the team maintains a sector-agnostic approach, it benefits from the firm’s globally recognised strength in energy and infrastructure, providing regular access to high-profile clients in these areas. Junior associates are encouraged to gain experience across multiple specialisms, fostering a well-rounded practice and supporting long-term professional development. However, those with a particular interest in a specific area will also have the opportunity to focus and develop a more specialised practice. Candidate Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience Ideally UK-qualified or with substantial UK market experience Broad banking experience preferred, though candidates with focused finance backgrounds will also be considered Strong drafting skills A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment
