What You’ll Be Doing: Define and lead the strategic direction of the NPD programme management function across EMEA. Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives including innovation launches, promotions, portfolio maintenance and supply chain expansion. Build strong cross-functional relationships across Commercial, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Planning teams. Implement robust governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes that enable continuous improvement. Inspire and develop a high-performing team, championing Monster’s culture and values. What You’ll Bring: Significant experience in programme or project management within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
