Finance Lawyer

We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Birmingham for a Lawyer to join their Finance team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a market-leading Finance team, advising on a wide range of banking transactions including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate lending. Clients include investment funds, corporate clients, and major banks. The individual will manage complex transactions, support client relationships, while also being willing to contribute to business development efforts. Essential Criteria: 3-4 years’ PQE; Banking & finance law experience; Technically excellent; Organisation skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Team player; Ability to use own initiative; Strong communication skills.
