OUR CLIENT A leading City / international law firm THE ROLE We are recruiting for a Solicitor 6 PQE to join a highly regarded derivatives and structured products practice. As a member of a well established team you will be handling a varied and high level workload to include; Establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes Securitised and OTC derivatives Hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions Structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackaging THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this opportunity you will have relevant derivatives experience gained at a leading law firm Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
