Director of Legal

My client is the UKs leading mobile infrastructure services provider with over 16,000 sites owned and operated in the UK. They are now in a position to expand and grow their business and are aiming to be the number one digital infrastructure partner of choice in the UK. We have been instructed to hire a Director of Legal to work closely with the current GC, CEO and stakeholders. Positioned as the GC's natural successor, you will play a critical role in shaping corporate governance, enabling strategic initiatives, and embedding a proactive, business-partnering legal culture across the organisation. This role will be fast paced and require someone with excellent commercial acumen along with a natural ability to work with stakeholders on a strategic nature. You do not need to come from a telco background, but a sales environment would be useful due to the nature of the relationships with the internal sales teams. Candidates will have a minimum of 15 years PQE coming from a top tier international background and have relevant commercial in-house experience.
