Senior NPD Technologist £30k-£40k plus Benefits Wales - Gwynedd Experienced NPD/R&D Technologist wanted to join an innovative food business, creating delicious new concepts. As a Senior Development Technologist here, you’ll be managing your own customer accounts and taking NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch. You’ll be supported by an experienced NPD Manager and have a progression plan in place to further develop your career. You’ll be joining a food business with a delicious product portfolio and a broad customer base in the UK and internationally. It’s a growing and ambitious company where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to progress. Day to day you’ll be working to customer briefs, developing new recipe formulations and preparing customer samples. You’ll be hands on in the factory, running trials, taking concepts through to successful product launch. Throughout you’ll be working to the stage-gate process, ensuring customers are kept up to date with progress and co-ordinating cross-functional teams. To succeed here, you’ll need to have proven experience of the above, managing NPD projects and customer relationships. You’ll be passionate about creating great quality products and keep abreast of the latest trends and industry developments. The company aims to provide flexibility at work and there will be some home-working days. However due to the hands-on nature of the role, this is a primarily site-based position. You’ll be working at a manufacturing site based in a beautiful part of the world – you’ll certainly have a scenic drive to work! A car and driving licence is essential due to the location.
