Business Analyst

Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Bristol Salary: up to £60,000 Peaple Talent are currently working alongside a world-class research and development business in Bristol that are expanding and looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the team. The Role: Support IT governance by checking that non-functional requirements are included in project documents and procurement plans. Lead the creation of strong business cases and clear requirements for complex projects and programmes. Use business analysis tools to find solutions to complex problems, ensuring all viewpoints, policies, and regulations are considered. Make sure project outcomes meet stakeholder needs and any process changes are well documented and understood. The Candidate: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with involvement in projects across IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. Experience in supporting or delivering business change initiatives. Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project approaches. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. *Please note, you must be willing/eligible to go through security clearance.
