What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating domestic, international, and European removals for private and corporate clients. Managing move schedules from booking through to delivery and post-move follow-up. Liaising with clients, shipping partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless relocations. Preparing customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments. Managing inventory lists, insurance coverage, and special handling requirements. Providing accurate quotations and service explanations to prospective customers. Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving delays or issues. Booking transportation methods including road, air, and sea freight. Maintaining CRM systems and updating client records with movement statuses. Advising clients on relocation timelines, packing requirements, and customs clearance. Supporting the sales team with technical and operational input during proposals. Ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards and client expectations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience managing domestic and international removals. Knowledge of European and international shipping routes, documentation, and customs.
