Quantity Surveyor

Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders involved in projects. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Contract Administration: Manage and administer a variety of contracts, ensuring adherence to project objectives, governance frameworks, and best practices. Implement contract change management processes effectively to keep projects on track. The Requirements: Previous experience working in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management (could be working client side or for a Construction Consultancy) and Main Contractor experience would also be considered, however you must have a relevant degree Must have experience working on projects in one of the following sectors: Infrastructure/ Civils/ Transport or Utilities, Nuclear, Power/ Energy and if Defence you will have SC Clearance Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering)
