Electrical Project Manager

The Role: Electrical Project Manager Location – Flexible – Ideally South East or Midlands Sector: Engineering Salary: £63,000 to £65,000 Car / Car Allowance Bonus Benefits I am working with a growing provider of Hard Services to find them and enthusiastic and reliable Electrical Project Manager to join the team. The group provide commercial installations across a range of systems including energy solutions, smart lighting, BMS, HVAC, Solar PV, EV and large combined M&E Projects. The group offer a range of benefits, including flexible / hybrid working. Key Responsibilities • Daily management of projects from tender to construction stage • Organisation of direct labour and sub-contractors • Scoping, pricing, tender process, variations and final accounting. • Reporting to management on the progression of the projects currently being managed • Procurement of subcontractors/specialist sub-contractors and materials • Attending client site meetings • Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors with regards to the program and daily activities on site • Preparation of O&M manuals • Preparation of Health and safety documentation • Perform site surveys • Ensure KPI monitoring is completed weekly Required Qualification / Certification: • SMSTS • First Aid Certificate • Asbestos Awareness • City & Guilds 18th Addition • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation • ECS Management Card The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to work to deadlines, keeping both teams and cost on track. You will be a strong and clear communicator who can work well under pressure and who values team work. With more than 3 years experience in a similar role, you will have managed projects between £20,000 and £1m.
