Supply Chain Project Manager– Defence Sector | UK | Security Clearance Required Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional ready to take on a high-impact role supporting critical defence programmes? We’re currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Programme Lead to act as the key interface between a major Programme and the broader supply chain function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across complex acquisition and sustainment projects and influence key programme outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Represent the Supply Chain function across programme drumbeat meetings and stakeholder engagements Coordinate cross-functional tasks across Supplier Management, Procurement, Asset Management, and Demand Forecasting Manage and support programme change activities and assess supply chain impacts Oversee tasking authorisation and project artefact generation (e.g., SCM plans, BOMs, KPIs, CDRLs) Support project planning, performance tracking, risk management, and reporting Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within defence, aerospace, or MRO sectors Comfortable working within a matrix organisation and fast-paced project environment Skilled across multiple domains: supplier management, asset management, forecasting, etc. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills Active UK security clearance (essential) Project or procurement qualifications (PMI, PRINCE2, AMP, CIPS) desirable This is a role where you can truly shape delivery outcomes across high-profile programmes.
