Job Description: Remote Support Assist clients with workstation and printer issues remotely. Software/Application Support Managing the printing infrastructure. Hardware support Providing technical hardware support, repairing printers, managing waste toner errors, paper jams and all service-related errors on printers. Toner Support Logging toner calls, replacing toners, replenishing stock, stock control. Onsite support Engaging with clients in person, participating in projects and special support requirements. Reporting Application data capturing and processing. Supplying data to Management Team or end user based on requirements. Daily environmental checks. VIP Support Providing high end technical support to Group Executives. Managing escalation tickets. Monitoring Monitoring toner levels for all printer cartridges. Physical Hardware Network to the printer Server Support Updates and Vulnerabilities Health Checks Reports Configurations Certification requirements CompTIA| CTT|2011 CompTIA| CDIA|2011 LGIT Smart Solutions| Microsoft SQL Server|2009 CompTIA| PDI|2009 International Business| Business|2010 International Business| Project Management |2010 KOFAX NUANCE CERTIFICATES OR EXPERIENCE EQUITRAC CERT 5.4 – CS 6.2 FMAUDIT Training OUTPUT MANAGER EQUITRAC 6.2 DOCUWARE AWS System Migration AUTOSTORE SQUARE 9 GLOBAL SCANS PC SKILLS Office 365 Computer literate (excel, word, access, power point, e-mail, internet) Microsoft Exp.
