Crypto Jobs Job Description Location: Remote (APAC, hybrid working) Type: Full-time Focus: Backend integration testing for high-performance trading systems You’ll work on integration testing for Binance’s backend trading tech, focusing on scripting tests in Python and maintaining an automation framework that ensures the quality of new features and system stability. The role demands a strong backend QA skillset with scripting and Linux experience. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and partners on delivering high-quality backend software Design and develop Python-based automated integration tests for new features Prepare test scenarios for unreleased features and integrate them into CI pipelines Troubleshoot, investigate root causes, and communicate findings effectively Continuously improve the integration testing framework and automation/reporting processes Core Requirements 5 years in backend QA engineering Hands-on experience with full cycle testing: manual test design, scripting, and execution Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash Experience testing backend services including APIs, databases, and distributed systems Analytical mindset: enjoys finding not just “what” breaks but “why” Fluent English communication skills (essential for remote team collaboration) Developer background is a plus, helping bridge gaps between dev and QA Why This Role Matters This role is essential in maintaining Binance’s trading platform reliability and performance by catching issues early through automated testing and thorough integration validation — especially crucial for a high-stakes financial platform processing massive volumes.
