Technical Support Engineer

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: Norwich Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you passionate about technology and driven by solving real-world IT problems? What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries from clients Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks Managing support tickets and resolving issues within agreed SLAs using remote monitoring tools Attending client sites when required to deliver face-to-face support Assisting with network infrastructure tasks and on-site equipment installations Liaising with third-party providers to resolve escalated issues What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a 1st Line Support or similar technical support role Confident troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and internet technologies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Certifications such as CompTIA A, Network, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are advantageous Full UK driving licence is essential Why apply?
