The firm already has a busy national corporate commercial division, ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, with significant international reach. You can expect to work with a range of clients including national retailers, high-net-worth individuals, local and national businesses. The work includes mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, equity and capital markets and accelerated M&A, restructuring and insolvency. Applications are welcomed from Senior Corporate Solicitors with at least 8 year post qualification experience.
