Reporting to the Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Group Tax team. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring tax compliance across Singapore and other international sites-managing tax returns, audits, disputes, and quarterly GST filings. You'll stay ahead of evolving tax regulations such as BEPS 2.0 and support strategic initiatives including M&A due diligence and post-deal integration. You will be responsible for coordinating transfer pricing documentation, monitoring changes in domestic and international tax legislation, and supporting tax reporting and provisions. Key Requirements Ideally you have a degree in Accountancy or hold a recognised professional qualification (e.g., CA Singapore, SCTP), with at least 7 years of relevant tax experience-ideally from public accounting firms and/or commercial organisations. Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
