Customer Insight Analyst | Leeds (Hybrid) £38,000–£45,000 up to 10% bonus 1 day/week in Leeds office We’re working with a growing UK brand looking to add a Customer Insight Analyst to their data team. This is a brand-new role focused on delivering actionable insights to shape marketing and CRM strategy. You’ll partner closely with marketing teams, digging into data around churn, reactivation, CLTV, and customer behaviour across a large user base (~1.6M customers).
