Job Description

Our client operates within a multifaceted business environment, supporting a variety of supply chain and administrative functions. The company offers a fast-paced office setting with a focus on coordination, accuracy, and document control. This role will be responsible for capturing data accurately, managing administrative functions, and supporting order tracking processes. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, maintain order records, and ensure timely updates across departments. The position requires consistent use of Excel and close attention to operational details. Key Responsibilities Capture and maintain accurate data in company systems Track and update order numbers and related information Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and documentation Assist with the preparation of relevant operational documentation Liaise with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and completion Update Excel spreadsheets and reports as required Follow up on outstanding orders or queries Organise and manage electronic and physical records Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security Perform daily checks to verify data accuracy Support the team with any other administrative duties as required Key Attributes Meticulous and detail-focused Proactive and organised Strong communication skills Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Deadline-driven approach Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel Vlookup/Pivot Minimum 12 years experience in an office administration or data capturing role Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in a structured office environment is advantageous Matric (Grade 12) required Remuneration R10 000 - R15 000 Depending on experience * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
