BREEAM Assessor/BREEAM AP Location: UK - Commute to Milton Keynes 3 days a week Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 An established consultancy and building services firm is seeking to hire a skilled BREEAM Assessor/ BREEAM AP to join their Milton Keynes office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting the delivery of BREEAM assessments across a variety of projects, helping clients achieve their sustainability goals with ease. Key responsibilities: Undertake and manage BREEAM assessments Liaise with clients, architects and design teams to advise on sustainability best practices Support internal initiatives to improve sustainable outcomes in projects Produce technical reports and evidence to meet certification requirements Provide sustainability advice and guidance to project teams Keep up to date with BREEAM and wider sustainability regulations and best practicesWhat we’re looking for: Certified BREEAM assessor / BREEAM AP 2 years’ experience in delivering BREEAM assessments – experience with other sustainability assessment tools beneficial Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and industry regulations A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability or related field CIBSE/IEMA or other professional memberships desirableBenefits: Annual bonus and salary review Hybrid work arrangements Opportunities for professional development and training Be part of a supportive and innovative firm working on diverse projects with real impact Private health coverInterested?
